Collingdale will retrofit interior lighting fixtures in the the borough's police station, library and school with LED light fixtures from Stouch Lighting, the Aston Pa lighting distributor. Stouch will retrofit T-12 fixtures that use 4 lights with T-8 fixtures using only 2 lights. The lighting retrofit will improve light quality in the buildings while greatly reducing energy caosts and maintenance costs. The project was funded by an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block grant through the American Recovery Reinvestment Act.
